The Indians battled all the way and tied the game up in the seventh. Troy Ajer, who also pitched for the Centurions, came up in the bottom of the seventh and won the game for Saugus with a hit to left field, driving in the winning run.

Hart used four pitchers to try and pull out a victory. Jimmy Murphy, pitched three innnings, when they called upon Patrick Bailey. He pitched an innning, and then Chris Tarello came in and pitched two innings. Michael Montgomery got the call in the seventh with the game tied up. He struck out one, walked one and allowed one hit. The runner scored ending the game.

Hart's offense would not give up and kept battling. Hits and RBI's go Ben Nicewitz, who had two doubles and two RBI's. Trevor Matern, who had two singles and a RBI. Spencer Moniz had a single and got an RBI when he was hit by a pitch. Garrett Baily, Tyler Eyrich and Derek Bickford who each had a single-RBI. Danny Susdorf had two singles. Michael Poncher came in the seventh as a pinch runner and manged to score from second based when Tyler Eyrich drove him in.
