Milone hit solo homers leading off in the 3rd and 5th. Williams left after 5 innings losing 6-0. Nick Streit relieved in the 6th and got the side out hitting 1 batter. Pat Sarkissian came in to pitch for his first ever pitching assignment for Hart but gave up a single to Milone leading off. A walk and a single loaded the bases. 2 quick outs were followed by a passed ball for a run. Andy Parr singled in 2. Then Chris Pate doubled in Parr to make the score 10-0.

For Hart Shane Carlson got a nice line drive hit in the 1st, and made a dazzling stab of a hard hit ball down the line at third base in the 2nd which he turned into an out. Hart had 1 hit in each of the first 5 innings. Matt Sreden was 2 for 3. Kevin Baker singled in the 3rd, took 2nd on a sacrifice by Matt Valaika, and 3rd on a deep fly to center by Carlson. Brian Charnock singled to left in the 5th and got to 2nd on a fielders choice. That was it for Hart.
